I work with children, teens, and adults who are high-functioning but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained. Many of my clients look like they “have it together” on the outside but are struggling internally with stress, burnout, or a sense of disconnection.
Each session is $250. While therapy is an investment, many clients describe the benefits—peace of mind, healthier relationships, and emotional clarity—as life-changing. Payment plans and financial accommodations may be available upon request.
Yes. I am fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Arabic. Therapy sessions can be conducted fully in Arabic.
I do not bill insurance directly. I’m a private-pay therapist, which means our work stays confidential and free from insurance restrictions. My session fee is $250. If you’d like, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Your first session is simply a conversation. We’ll explore what brought you here, your goals, and what you’d like to change. It’s a chance for you to get a feel for my style and for us to see if we’re the right fit.
Boutique therapy is a personalized, high-touch approach to mental health care. Instead of a one-size-fits-all model, you’ll have flexible scheduling, direct access to me between sessions, and a tailored plan that fits your lifestyle. It’s therapy designed for people who value privacy, flexibility, and depth.
It depends on your needs. Some clients come in for short-term support, while others choose longer-term therapy to make deeper, lasting changes. We’ll set goals together and adjust as therapy unfolds.

Emotional burnout happens when you’ve been running on empty for too long. It’s more than being tired—it’s feeling numb, detached, or like you have nothing left to give. For moms, burnout can show up as guilt, irritability, or feeling like you’ve lost yourself while trying to do everything for everyone else. Burnout can also leave you questioning why nothing feels fulfilling anymore. Therapy helps you reset, set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with yourself.
Burnout usually comes from prolonged stress, leaving you exhausted, unmotivated, and detached. Depression is more complex and can include sadness, hopelessness, or changes in sleep and appetite. Sometimes they overlap, which is why talking with a therapist can help you sort out what’s really going on.
Yes. Therapy can help you manage workplace stress by giving you tools to set boundaries, reduce anxiety, and avoid burnout. It’s not just about coping—it’s about feeling more in control and balanced in your career and personal life.
If you feel constantly stressed, emotionally drained, or like you’re going through the motions without joy, therapy may help. You don’t need to wait until things “get really bad”—therapy is also for prevention and growth.
